Edit text on a sign in a photo
Select the lettering on the sign and type what it should say. The panel underneath is continued with its own colour and lighting, and the new lettering is matched to the type still visible around it.

What makes this one hard
Signs are photographed at an angle, under sunlight that falls across them unevenly, and the camera has added grain on top. All three have to carry through the replacement or the panel reads as a flat rectangle of paint.
Will the lighting match?
The gradient of light across the panel is continued into the edited area, which is the detail that usually gives a pasted sign away.
What about text at a steep angle?
Mild perspective works. Steep angles are genuinely hard, and worth checking at full zoom before you use the result.
